A large biomedical/life sciences company required a complete re-evaluation of a multi-year, strategic pricing project. The goals were to determine a realistic scope and objectives, accurate costs and timelines, and overall alignment between the projects and the overall enterprise vision.

Specifically, high-value and in-scope requirements were validated, and out-of-scope activities eliminated. Further, project risks, dependencies, and constraints were mapped comprehensively, allowing Infinitive to more accurately estimate costs and timelines. The new estimating model allowed the company to balance multiple delivery approaches and calculate different delivery formulas based on planned resource utilization, design, build and test timelines, and the cost ranges associated with each approach.
