Infinitive Expands Executive Team
Growing Management Consultancy Selects Leadership from Internal Talent Pool
MCLEAN, VA, February 27, 2007—Infinitive, a northern-Virginia based management consultancy, today announced the promotions of Chris Hayman and Jeff Walters to the company's executive team. Hayman and Walters will lead strategic client engagements and contribute to the overall strategy to drive growth for the rapidly-expanding consultancy. Both will report to chief operating officer Peter Regen.
Chris Hayman brings nearly three decades of experience in business strategy development and process improvement to Infinitive's executive team. With deep practical knowledge spanning many industries and government agencies, Hayman is a strategic addition to the executive team and will leverage his professional services experience to help shape Infinitive's corporate direction and expand the company's opportunities for growth.
Prior to joining Infinitive in 2005, Hayman founded CSE Associates, a professional services firm specializing in merchandising, promotion and store operations optimization. He previously held managerial positions with the retail solutions practices of Answerthink, Inc and KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP. Hayman holds a MFA from the University of Kentucky and a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Jeff Walters joins Infinitive's executive team after two years with the company. He brings deep expertise in customer relationship and supply chain management, with a special emphasis on organizational change implications. Walters has advised both commercial and government clients for more than a decade and will continue to be a strategic advisor to Infinitive's clients in his new role on the leadership team.
Prior to Infinitive, Walters served as the Defense practice manager at Touchstone Consulting, a subsidiary of SRA International, and a senior principal with American Management Systems. He earned a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
