It was a key theme of a session focusing on the risk implications of a business transformation program. We also heard plenty of discussion among attendees on what their companies are doing in this realm.
Businesses across different industries tackle change initiatives in different ways. As we learned at Digital BrainFest 2015, though, effective business transformation efforts have three elements in common.
2 Things to Help You Succeed at Business Transformation

Marc shared some of his own insights on how AOL implements and measures successful business transformation efforts with us while attending Digital BrainFest 2015. View the video below to hear Marc’s key points:

- Know the full vision of the project: Understanding both your objectives and your end-results are key to measuring your success.
We would also emphasize nailing the details, notably through the streamlined processes and established team that Marc references in his comments. Execution is the hardest part of transformation, as we’ve dsicussed before, but the need is ongoing and won’t be going away any time soon.
