I think there's an openness and a willingness from the leadership team to hear out its employees and listen to them. This openness and flexibility to say go chase that Jimmy you know we want you to succeed, stands out to me.

I realized that Infinitive was definitely the type of place where I would have a ton of ownership of the work that I was doing.
