On a bright and breezy late fall day in 2025, an Infinitive team gathered in Bardstown, KY in Heaven Hill’s celebrated Rickhouse Y to select something special – an exceptional private bourbon barrel to share with equally exceptional partners and friends.
Among the barrels we sampled, one stood apart. Rich caramel and red fruit gave way to layers of spice and toasted oak, with subtle herbal notes woven throughout and a long, warm finish. From the first taste to the last, it was complex, distinctive, and memorable.
We named it Proof of Concept – a nod to the work we do and to that moment when an idea proves itself: when experimentation becomes possibility, possibility becomes something real, and a great outcome is worth celebrating.
