With markets evolving, a large communications provider recognized the need to establish new revenue streams and expand its capability to drive advertising for its clients.


Established a robust program management office (PMO) to implement governance and controls for the long-term transformation initiative, which included:
  • Developed and implemented best practices-based processes to drive the project forward against specific benchmarks and milestones
  • Embedded business analysts into key functional areas and to translate business needs into system and process requirements
  • Facilitated the design of “to be” processes and created detailed workflows for cutover activities


The company migrated successfully to a new integrated advertising platform resulting in:
  • Significant gains in ad revenue, with growth of 26%, 40% and 46% in the first three quarters post-launch
  • Established a cohesive and actionable long-term strategy
  • Improved operations and streamlined workflow supporting the increased scale of the business
