  • Implement an online exam registration and ordering platform to support more than five million students
  • Enhance operations and policies to support equity and improve student performance
  • Provide schools and teachers online resources in more than 30 areas of study


Provided transformation strategy, as well as targeted business analysis, project management, and change adoption, which included:
  • Supporting definition of program strategy and planning for transformation of the product suite
  • Creating a governance structure and providing program and project management to effectively execute the plan
  • Conducting business analysis and collaborating across workstreams to define and document requirements, eliminating redundancies, streamlining information gathering, and ensuring stakeholder agreement
  • Providing product management expertise to multiple scrum teams developing an AWS-based registration and ordering solution
  • Planning and managing numerous pilot programs to test technology and validate user behavioral assumptions
  • Preparing materials to inform internal stakeholders of policy and process changes

  • Successful on-time launch of online registration and streamlined ordering system for more than 19,000 schools
  • Nearly 100% adoption globally of new processes, policies, and technologies
  • Increased student participation from schools around the globe
  • More than $1 million in annual operational savings
