How Infinitive Thrived in 2020

Living through a pandemic has been quite an experience. COVID upended everyone’s way of doing business and brought challenges and extra stress that no one expected. At Infinitive we’re proud of not only making it through 2020 but also continuing to grow and change to better serve our clients and our internal teams.

In August, we posted about our most rewarding accomplishments, and we’re happy to say we kept adding to our list. Here’s how we ended the year:

Growing our business. In just four months, we increased new projects by 82%, ending the year with 95 under our belt. We also ended the year with a 48% increase in headcount.

Advancing our AWS partnership. Infinitive was able to obtain AWS’s Advance Consulting Partner status in record speed by the end of 2020. AWS is a crucial part of our technology offerings and our consultants are always working to stay on top of the latest trends. In fact, 90% of Infinitivians hold the AWS business professional accreditation while another 50% hold AWS certifications.

Always learning. Growth is a core value at Infinitive, and we know growing our skill set benefits us and our clients. So far this year our team has completed 396 courses and 12,197 videos through LinkedIn Learning, an uptick of 28% within four months. Perhaps most exciting, this year we launched our Kick-Ass Academy—an internal, best-in-class training program for our employees focused on continuous development and collaborative success.
