Infinitive’s 2021 Recap

As Infinitive gets the ball rolling in 2022, we gathered statistics on our 2021 achievements. It was a big year for our growth and development efforts. Here’s the recap:

We Grew

The technology and transformation industry is growing and so are we. This past year, Infinitive had a 47% increase of our company headcount. Individuals from various backgrounds come to Infinitive to kick-ass and help our clients get the value out of their data. Infinitive’s summer interns had the opportunity to experience the company’s culture at first-hand making their transition from intern to full-time a smooth process. We hired 57% of our Summer 2021 intern class to join our team.

Infinitive works to help Global 200 and enterprise companies’ access, secure, and monetize their data. With the rise of technology and transformation needs, we took on 112 new projects across the financial services, healthcare, and education industries.

We Developed

At Infinitive, we believe in investing time in the development of our team.

As an AWS Partner Network (APN) Advanced Consulting Partner, it’s our goal to aid organizations in leveraging innovation, agility, cost, savings, and operational efficiency. Collectively, we have achieved over 100 AWS Certifications which allows us to provide validated AWS expertise to our clients.

In addition, Infinitive has partnered with LinkedIn Learning to provide an easily accessible database of over 40,000 training courses to all Infinitivians. We have completed 11,570 LinkedIn videos and 321 LinkedIn courses which have broadened our knowledge. Furthermore, we had 538 custom content completions and viewed a total of 898 LinkedIn Learning hours last year.

Infinitive implements its own training and development capability called Kick-Ass Academy (KAA) which enables our employees to empower and invest in themselves to provide value to our clients. The KAA program encourages Infinitivians to increase engagement among each other and promotes a growth focused culture. Overall, a total of 16,464 professional development hours were billed in 2021 and our Infinitivians are ready to put their new and improved skills to action.
